Pandora sized Charm is on a 2mm cord tie bracelet. Bracelet is placed on a Walt Disney World Dreams Come True card with instructions as follows:
"Close your eyes and make a wish; Tie this Bracelet to your wrist.
When the thread breaks in two, then your wish will come true!"
Each bracelet will measure at least 9 inches and give you ability to cut to size to ensure proper fitting.
Put on a wrist or an ankle and wear until your wish comes true.
